I had a discussion with HR, she said there will be a technical discussion first. The person interviewing me was least interested in what I was saying. There were hardly any technical questions, only which versions do you use. The discussion was over within 20 mins or so, and I was told I do not have enough experience in one perticular technology. This could have done on phone, before the actual technical discussion round.
I have gone through the one telephonic round . Then I have gone through the two technical round of interview. Then there was managerial round which is taken by higher authority. then there was HR discussion round.
Evaluation process by interviewer is such pathetic. Answers given confidently are not considered as well.
Dont know what they expect. Waste of time to give the interview. Better not to give the interview at UST.

Went for the interview. Many candidates waited there for more than 2 hours and came back as neither they started the process nor provide any update. Dropped an email to CEO of the organisation and then realised that all the chips are from same block.
