I was contacted by a recruiter to set up an initial phone interview, seemed to have a great conversation, we agreed my experience aligned really well with the job description. Was advised next step was my info would be passed along to hiring manager and I would hear back from recruiter either way (yes or no) and if I don’t hear from him by this day to follow up, which is what I did and never heard another word. Totally ghosted
