I had a phone call interview and then a on-site interview that followed with the manager. We talked about my background and experiences so far, and we also talked about some technical terms and behavioral questions.
Had a Recruiter screen and then a panel interview. Panel interview consisted of two back to back interviews with 3 people in each. Overall, the process was very straightforward and had no surprises.
Interview process was brief and to the point. Asked questions on schdule and avalibility. Intrest in job postion and why I would want to come in to work at the place they are hiring the postion for.

Why do you want to work with us here at our company?
Quite easy, come prepared and you should be fine. Be able to explain why you want to work there. Basic behavioral questions are asked. I did my first-ever interview there and did not feel overwhelmed.
