I met with the HR Manager and then he sent me a list of interview questions that I completed. We met a second time to review the answers. He then recommended bringing me forward but the hiring manager wanted someone with more experience at the Director level (I had 2 years). The role has been open for 4 months.

Do you have in-depth on prem SW to SaaS Model transformation experience?
It was 4 round process. First with hiring leader, following by two panel interviews and last with HR. More situational based question basis prior experience and one should be using STAR method to answer these questions
Two personal interviews with hiring manager, one with key stakeholder, and one case study with four panelists. Following the case study there was a Q&A session with each stakeholder. The total time was one hour. Prep time two days.

3 rounds of interview with leaders. Mostly fit, some strategic level thinking / mini case study. Strong sense that it is a test for cultural fit and do you think in a strategic way that aligns to UKG team. Also testing for your ability to be collaborative.
