Contacted via e-mail by office assistant, followed up with brief phone interview covering mostly customer service scenarios. 2nd interview was with Senior Systems Engineer to go over technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. 3rd interview was at San Jose office with 2 engineers that I would be working with to establish if I am a good fit. 4th interview was with the CEO, CTO and Office Manager to get to know each other better, learn more about the way the company operates, and further establish how well I would fit into the company. Then there was a 5th interview, which would normally come before the 4th, with another Senior Systems Engineer to discuss experience and troubleshooting process, and establish the best role for me in the company. Each interview was actually enjoyable. I felt more comfortable and relaxed, compared to interviews at some other companies. Everyone was very friendly and reflected a very positive image of the company. Overall, I'd say they did a great job with the process and were very thorough without being intimidating in any way. A great experience overall.
