I talked to a recruiter at my college career fair and then applied online. I received an opportunity for a phone interview which was just 30 minutes of getting to know you and behavioral questions. I then got an invitation for an in person interview at one of their locations in Bloomington, MN. It was a standard interview with more behavioral questions and going over what experience you have and how you would fit in with the company. After about three weeks I received a call from an HR representative with an offer for a position in the TOS Internship group.

They were the standard "Give me a time when.." questions. Several of them related to the new set of morals and goals of U.S. Bank and you had to give a situation where you matched one of those.
The interview process at U.S. Bank typically includes an online application, phone screening, behavioral interviews, and panel interviews. These interviews assess problem-solving skills, teamwork, communication, and alignment with the bank’s core values.

Their interviews are very straightforward. Typically a two to three round process. First with your recruiter, Then one with someone from the department. Lastly, someone or a group of people within the department. Questions are straightforward. Was able to hear back with their decision right away.

Good, overall very simple, screening then video interview with an actual representative, took a while to hear back though. It was straightforward on questions, nothing too technical other than a bit about the market and how interest rates are.
