Applied online, then I was sent an email about times to interview. I was not available for any times given so I emailed back the Hiring Manager and I was given me more times. Overall it was a great interview where I was asked about my previous experiences and a few very basic "technical questions." Interviewer was very nice and seemed excited to be there. The interviewer constantly mentioned the opportunity to advance within in the company.
