I applied via the career site. The recruiter made the initial contact and weeks later, he said the hiring manager was interested in. The first interviewer did not show up in the interview for twice! We did it the third time with the hiring manager. The hiring manager said I would be doing the full interview round with 4 people. Again, the first interviewer did not show up. After doing another rescheduling, all rounds were completed. The interviewer said the feedback was all positive. One last interview was scheduled with the top management. He did not show up! He called after several hours and we had a positive chat. We agreed on when to start. I was waiting for the offer but 10 minutes later, the hiring manager called and said I was not qualified because they were looking for someone with banking industry experience. Joking?! Stay away from the company at all cost!
