I was asked to interview with my potential new boss and a couple of possible employees that would be my teammates. The interview was conducted over speakerphone and was very informal. There was a point where I was allowed to ask them questions about the job I would be filling.

Three Rounds of Phone Screening; one with Human Resources, one with the hiring manager and one with a peer/team member. Each round was approximately thirty minutes to one hour and conducted via phone/audio Zoom meeting.
