Initial interview with HR, then Manager, then senior management. After offer is made, background is conducted then training is scheduled. After a month of training, you have 3 months to prove yourself otherwise you'll be promoted to Customer
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.
