Entrevista
Phone interview followed up by 4 1/2 hour back to back in person interviews with hiring manager, his boss, coworker and partner. I really have no idea what else to say here but apparently there is a quota to fill so I'll jabber on like this is making a contribution.

First round was a telephone interview with a high up executive. The second round was at the corporate Head Quarters in Minneapolis. It was fairly low key, mostly situational questions.

A recruiter approached me via LinkedIn about three open positions. I quickly eliminated one and asked to be considered for the other two. I met with two recruiters over a week or so. In order to meet with the hiring manager, I had to produce recent samples of work. Now, I am not a creative type so this wasn't a portfolio request. Rather it felt like they wanted to see my current company's pipeline and what part I played in it. Quite frankly, I've done a lot to be proud of but I can't share decks or other materials with the competition. So did I screw myself out of an interview? Maybe. Did other people do just that? Probably. If I was unemployed, I would have strongly considered it but I wasn't going to blow my current gig for a bite of this apple.
