Screening with HR and meeting the team. The HR interview was usual background questions and arranging onsite for next rounds. The on-site interview was horrible. The manager came late for the interview even though he was informed about the meeting twice. It was not a interview it was a bully session. Worst managers that I never want to work for. Mock call round was conducted in bilingual. Even though bilingual is not necessary they insist on it and give us negative feedback. Followed by the director interview which ten mins. The whole interview is to challenge you as a candidate. I regret for applying to the role. The worst part is the hiring manager asks for your salary and checks how much you get to be paid. Never had this experience anywhere.
