One of the best interview experiences I've ever had. From the initial phone screen to the in-person interview, I can't say enough about how great the HR staff was, how kind and friendly the people were, and what a great feeling I got about the company. Everything about the process was efficient, and the HR staff members I worked with were really communicative and responsive. I've been in interviews where I've been asked trick questions, but this was not one of them. The questions were fair and thoughtful, and actually targeted to my knowledge and experience (not generic or random).

The process was very slow. After three conversations with different people at the company over the course of about 2 months from the point of applying, got an automated email saying "thanks for applying. But we're not moving forward with your application" without any feedback. Poor experience.

I'm still very frustrated with the recruiters who continue to ghost me and stay unresponsive after a very long interview process. It's the bare minimum to respond to candidates who made it to what they thought was the final round of multiple months of interviews before waiting for 2 more months to hear nothing and then seeing the job being reposted under a new title. A simple status update would've been helpful, especially in this extremely difficult job searching economy. It's definitely made me think less of Tripadvisor as a company and unlikely to use the products moving forward, which is unfortunate as someone who travels frequently.
