The interview process at Trianz involves multiple stages, including an initial HR screening, technical evaluation, managerial round, and sometimes a client interview, assessing domain expertise, leadership, communication, and cultural fit.

Zoom interview conducted for Product Manager role. Interview was on time, Hr was professional and punctual. However the interviewer needed to learn interview etiquette alongwith general etiquette. Arrogance, not listening to the candidate properly and cutting in between to show unwanted attitude were typical characteristics observed. Sometimes it seemed interviewer is posing himself to be the boss of an yet to be hired candidate. Job seekers are not vulnerable and these kind of unwanted behaviour should not be encouraged in the organisation. Sometimes interviews might not go as expected because of umpteen number of reasons, but venting out the frustration on candidate is severely unprofessional
