Submitted answers to their somewhat intensive initial application via their website. Contacted a week or so later for a 10 min. screening interview. At the end of that interview, they invited me to a 1h group interview for the following week (if passed through that step, there is another interview that follows). Received an email later that week that they weren't moving forward with me. Be aware that they do not allow applicants a chance to ask them questions during the initial 10 min interview or subsequent group interview. In preparing for the interview, I did not feel entirely confident about trusting the practice's employee reviews on Glassdoor. It just seemed odd to only have 5-star reviews with literally no cons. I've never seen that even for I thought were great; no job is perfect, and no job is a perfect fit for every employee hired. I also plugged their site into the Wayback Machine in preparing for the interview, which seemed to turn up some stuff worth looking at in terms of employee turnover. Also prepared by checking out the practice's Yelp page, and found the founder's public response to one of the poor Yelp reviews to be very odd.

One ten-minute interview in which I barely got to talk about my experience or my vision for clinical work. Not invited back for a full interview and not given a reason as to why.
