I applied through LinkedIn for this position and they contacted me couple of weeks later to schedule the initial interview. This was a video interview and before taking the interview, I read the reviews of the company in here. The questions was general like when can you start to work, what is your salary expectation, ... . Then something interesting happened. The interviewer asked me if I have heard about the company or if I have read anything about them, and I mentioned the negative reviews in here. He didn't deny them but he said that the situation in the R&D team is much better, and the people are just complaining about the job pressure because they are not used to it, and things like this. But I think I touched a nerve when I asked about the negative reviews. He said that he will get back to me later, but I never heard back again from them. I want to thank everyone that wrote their reviews of this company.

One online IQ and personality test, plus three phone interview. No technical problem included, only went through some of your projects in resume and general questions on how you would work in relative problem. Interviewer are nice but not very professional and make promise they cannot keep.
