Straightforward and mostly test based. No big issue if you are comfortable with the language you are working with. A few phone interviews as well but nothing in person. Overall pretty manageable and not burdensome. The HR staff were very speedy with their replies.

It was calm and causal nothing too hectic. The interviewer was sweet and made me feel comfortable. It was a causal conversation between us. She asked about my background and was very detailed when explaining traning and the company procedures
Reached out on LinkedIn, Positive experience. The interviewer was very nice and made very interesting questions. I wasn't fully interested in the position and I ended up rejecting it after the first interview.

What's a challenge you've faced?
Several rounds of interviews and tests. The whole process took a long time. The translation test was technical and you have to do two translation tests on on site, one offline. The interview took about 0.5 - 1 hours each time.
