Tell me about yourself.
What is your ideal work environment
Phone call with very general questions, for example why you are interested in this position, when you could start, followed by a test based on textual analysis/semantics/linguistics. The test had a time to be carried out.

Skype/Phone or make a video answering questions sent in a link. Then we made a phone appointment and talked for half an hour. Questions were asked on both sides and they are upsizing for and AI project that needs to analyze context in language.
