I was called and asked vague questions by someone that did not come across very professional. He then set me up a second interview for the afternoon with the Proj. Manager. She got on the call without video claiming "I just got out of the shower, so I won't have my video on" ummm? Then she didn't ask me really anything and I led the interview. It was very unprofessional and made the job feel unimportant. I accepted the job, then they changed the job from a W2 to a 1099 position, so I told them no thank you. Very unprofessional and sketchy.

Entrevista
First interviewed with a recruiter, and then with the two team members. Really basic questions about my background and interest in the position and company. Ended up speaking Spanish in the first interview, which was a benefit for my candidacy I think.
