The HR team really think about the team the want to place you in and where you would best fit in the company.

Entrevista
First I had an interview and then a proofreading test. The proofreading test had two parts: a text in English and another in Swedish. Then there is another interview with the management team.
It’s an very easy going interview with few basic questions like motives for application and why I like the company. Very friendly HR person interviewed me and had a nice conversation.
