3 steps: phone interview, online test and physical interview. everything happened really fast as they were quite in a rush of finding someone that could be a good fit for the job, They kind of chase you, and then they just dismiss you via email without giving any particular feedback.

standard questions: where do you see yourself in 5 years, what would you do if you had to plan a group activity, tell me more about one time you failes
First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.

5 interviews (1 in person) for an entry level position and 2700-3300 salary/month. Told me only at 2nd interview that I'm expected to work overtime and weekends all the time.
Briefing with Human Resources team and interview with team head. Team head mentioned the company background and job details. Also gave a brief idea of the working environment, company benefits .
