In January 2019 I was contacted via LinkedIn by one of the recruiters, who was looking for native Norwegians. Even though I specifically mentioned I wasn't native, I was encouraged to take the test, that showed that I was on the level of native. Then we agreed to have a Skype interview - never happened. In February 2019 I was contacted again, this time the interview did happened, I even spoke to someone from the office (as none of the recruiters was able to answer to basic HR questions) I passed and got a job offer. However, yesterday I got a call and got to know that in the end they must withdraw the job offer, because being native is a must. Had I only not mentioned it to the 3 people I talked to, who actually answered "I believe it shouldn't be a problem). Incompetence and chaos.
