1st interview with recruiter then with panel of team. The first interview with recruiter to go through the job description, your background and expected salary. The recruiter then asked the team for a time to arrange face to face appointment. They also asked for a portfolio of your work examples. The interview was more about behavioral. Sounds like you need to switch priority when performing in the position.
