I had an interview with a recruiter, followed by another one with the HR Manager. Then, they sent me a case study, which I later presented in their office to the HR Manager and a Team Lead. The interview went well— it lasted about an hour, with a lot of questions, but nothing too complicated.
At the end, they gave me a calculation sheet with math operations and 8 minutes to achieve the highest possible score without using a calculator. What I didn’t like was that they seemed to place significant importance on this last part, which, in my opinion, doesn’t make much sense.
