Quite relaxed, but expect some unprofessional questions: do you plan to start your family soon? and are you pregnant?! Otherwise questions have been rather standard ones. Basically they tried to ask about any gaps in your CV etc. and everything what's connected with your experience with a cold calls and Customer Service.

Short process which is good. Standard questions. Not much to say except the person who was interviewing seems to be more nervous than I. The whole interview was about an hour.
