While working for another company in the development of a townhome community, I approached the owner of Timbermax and asked if he was hiring. He told me to meet him at another job site nearby during my lunch break. I arrived and he placed a set of blueprints for some single family homes. I went through what I assumed to be an interview process. Afterward, he told me he had some work for me and that I was hired.
