The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening and then followed up by a panel style interview. The panel consisted of several managers from different IT departments within the company. At the end I was encouraged to ask each manager questions regarding their roles.

Had to submit a Vizzy profile as application. Afterwards, was invited to a three round interview. First was with HR, second was technical with the team, and third with upper level management. Some people were very nice, others not so friendly.

What are 3 things you hope to get out of this internship?
Nice people, genuine, and open-minded. I enjoyed all conversations. The process updates took a while though, so I had to send follow-up emails after to get updated on my process. But overall, a learning experience

3 rounds of interview, behavioral questions, pretty standard. questions included things like why did you apply to xxx role, tell me about a time where you faced a difficult situation and how did you resolve it (smth like that but I can't remember how exactly it was asked).
