Entrevista
The recruitment process was exceptionally good, especially by 2024 standards. The recruiter was professional, always available for a call, and the waiting times were short. He had a great approach to people, and I didn’t feel stressed during the conversations with him. The technical interview was about an hour-long discussion focused on the candidate, their professional background, and expectations, as well as, of course, technical knowledge assessment. The feedback wait time was short, and the entire recruitment process took about a month.
The downside was the lack of a salary range in the job listing, which meant you had to provide and even inflate your salary expectations just to find out what the pay could be.
This is how recruitment should look like, and the team really puts in the effort to find someone communicative and easy to work with.
