Entrevista
The interview process has 3 stages recruiter call, a take-home challenge, and an onsite interview with three rounds: two focused on LeetCode Algo problems and one on reviewing the take-home project( system design). The team was incredibly friendly and provided excellent feedback.

Design a popular app (can't reveal specifics) used in London
I sent in my Resume and CV and within the week I had an initial screening phone call.
Then upon completing a technical assessment I was invited to their office for a Code Review, Algorithms and Sys design interview. All the interviews at every stage were super friendly and though I didn't get the offer in the end I think Thought Machine sounds like a great place to work.
