Someone with a radio show voice (except the enthusiasm) reaches for an initial phone screening. You are then invited to complete a 2 hour assignment which is where you go through their platform and provide free feedback on how it could be improved. Should've seen the red flags right there but continued. Later I withdrew my application.

The recruiter reached out. Set expectations of the timeline.
The recruiter was knowledgeable, asked questions related to the job. They were communicative throughout the recruiting process.
The whole process lasted about a few weeks.
My interview process started with an initial screening with the recruiter, followed by a conversation with the hiring manager and a product manager from her team. While the product manager maintained a generally professional demeanor, the hiring manager came across as disengaged and condescending from the start. Throughout the interview, it appeared that she and the product manager were messaging each other on Microsoft Teams (or a similar messaging app), occasionally smirking in a way that made me feel uncomfortable (as if they were chatting about me). The experience left me with a really bad impression on them and the company.
