      Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Theoris (Indianapolis, IN) en feb 2023

      Entrevista

      I was initially approached by one of their other sales team members as they were looking to grow the team. He and I had a decent conversation, and he put me in touch with another hiring manager in the company. I then visited their office for a 2-hour panel interview, half with one hiring manager and the other half with a C-level individual. Following the interview, I took the time to create a Vidyard that expressed my desire to continue the process and covered my experience in a previous role. The hiring manager watched it, but the C-level staff only opened and closed it according to the analytics. I took a couple of the personality and sales profile assessments. The hiring manager eventually reached out and scheduled another onsite with a couple of team leads and an individual in HR. I went onsite again and things went well enough. It wasn't my best and it wasn't my worst. Followed up with all three via email and no contact back. I emailed the hiring manager, and heard nothing back. I know he then went on Spring Break a week later, and I emailed him again. During the midst of this, I also emailed the C-level staff once and the HR individual twice and there was no response back. I felt disrespected and realized this was not a culture that anyone would really enjoy or respect. Feeling absolutely disenchanted, I sent a formal withdrawal letter letting them know I did not care for the way the process ended. Then I discovered via LinkedIn that the sales rep who had initially interviewed me left for another company- to no one's surprise.
