Typical process with online aptitude tests followed by an interview discussing suitability to the role and the program to learn on. Really liked the interview both the HR team and employees really made you feel comfortable and were more than happy to explain any questions I had

Great interview. Friendly interviewer. I enjoyed answering the questions and the questions felt like it was a good blend of technical and personal. The interview was around 30 minutes but it felt much shorter.

Fairly laid back; zoom call with one of their tech team, chatting about simple programming concepts and data structures such as loops, lists and dictionaries, and a question about OOP. Question about what I'm looking for. I made a bit of a hash of it tbh, but still got an offer, so can't be massively selective from the interview.
