Process: there is no process , actually people in HR are not aware of the vacant positions. No coordination among HR members. U are sitting like a fool for 2 hours after filling a formal form and then after they ask you to go. When you ask why they wasted your time they will give nuisance excuses and its a comedy people in HR are not aware of the vacant positions
