I applied via email and was given a reply right away to coordinate a face to face interview with one of the founders. The interview took place at their pretty much empty office. The interviewer was more concerned about persuading me that the company is great than about my experience, my personality and skills.

I came in at around 11am on a weekday for the interview. The set up seemed standard. The interview was with one of the owners. It was mostly him speaking about the clients they've worked with in the past and some specific achievements from the 1990s and early 2000s that the company has under their belt. Not many questions or input from you about what you want and are looking for. Was not given an opportunity at the end to ask my own questions about company culture/etc. that I had prepared.
