Everything was great. Until it wasn’t. Got a job offer.. I know why you didn’t hire me, but then you’re gonna lie to me because you know it’s against the law to discriminate against me. Just like every other company that does a background check, gonna lie and walk back the offer without saying why we aren’t hiring you.

There were three interviews. One with the recruiter, one with the Regional Director of Operations and a Senior SysAdmin, and the last with just the Director of Ops. My experience was positive. The questions I was asked by technical leadership were fairly standard, and I felt they were getting a feel for my technical ability while ensuring that my employment would be a good fit for all parties.
