First had a 45multiple choice aptitude test (15was from Java pgming). Then they had a group discussion ( I was not informed of GD before ) After that they conducted an interview Overall was extremely happy with the process, the people and the way they conducted things but unhappy they didn’t consider it proper etiquette to give a rejection email or call to inform I wasn’t selected.
