Entrevista
The first interview was with myself and my two direct supervisors. It was extremely easygoing with very little technical content. SCADA is not normally a field they expect new grads to have any experience with. Because the job was in their service group, there were some questions applying to customer service, diagnostics and debugging.
The second interview was with my direct supervisor and the engineering manager for the group. Again, fairly easygoing. Most of the questions were aimed at determining whether my personality and interests were a good fit for the group.

Entrevista
Referred to by a friend who works here. After submitting resume and cover letter, I got a request for an interview within the week. Interview was fairly basic and nontechnical, no questions out of left field. The interviewer was the manager whose group needed filling and the team lead, I think this is generally the setup. Within 2 weeks, I was offered the job pending background check and references.
