There was an initial phone screening and then 2 rounds of interviews. First round with HR consultants, it was a group panel/assessment center with 6 candidates and two recruiters. After that, I waited about a month until I was called for the Final round. Final round with hiring managers, I had three interviews in this stage. After the interview, I was offered the position after 3 weeks.
