I applied online. Their internal representative responded the following day and asked me to schedule a 30-minute call using her calendly. I set the appt and she no-showed me. I called and left a vm for her and sent her an email and never received a response. Whaaat? You can't cancel in advance or provide a reason afterwards for missing a meeting on your calendar?? If they're ghosting senior leadership candidates then that's a good sign of a not so-friendly HR place...I'd recommend you steer clear.
