Recruiter reached out to me for a role they said fit my background (2 years of experience programming). 1st phone interview with the company they say the role is actually for a director level position. Not qualified, but maybe I'd be interested in another role. 2 online coding assessments and 3 phone interviews later they ask me to submit a sample lesson for an instructor role covering 2 JavaScript topics. After I turn it in, they email me again asking me to add 3 more topics to the lecture. I turn in the lesson plan a second time and hear nothing for 4 days. Then they call me at 9am saying they forgot to cc me on an email and have a Zoom call in 1 hour for me to present my lesson. Extremely disorganized, absurdly lengthy interview process. 0/10 do not recommend.
