The apprenticeship interviewing pipeline is as stated on the website. Be advised, get ready to play an incredible L-O-N-G game of tag. You WILL have to be on the ball to push about your status as updates are nonexistent. Yes, not even automated ones!
I inquired about my status and was told that I was part of the applicants to pass the prior tech assignment (once again never informed) and on track to partake in the next screen, a 24 hour tech project. However, they were in the works of updating it and I was told that I would receive further instructions upon roll out.
Never received anything. Fair enough though, they did nicely disclose beforehand that in the event I didn't hear anything within a set date to follow up with them.
Safe to say, I digress and have voluntarily taken myself out of the pipeline.

Never got to any sort of tangible interview but everyone at Techtonic I've had the opportunity to interact with was incredibly pleasant and warm. I don't doubt what Techtonic strives for and is doing but I do doubt some of their current underlying overwhelmed systems and processes.

My process was slightly simpler than it is now. I know they've added an online test before the phone interview step.
1. Apply
2. Complete assigned homework (now ~30hrs)
3. Complete online personality test
3. Phone interview w/ regular interview questions
4. On-site "technical" interview
