I have had applied for a Walk-In Recruitment Drive organized by the company and I had applied for the role of Flutter developer. For us, the recruitment process was divided into 3 phases: First, we were asked to clone two screens using Flutter where ther UI design was given in Figma file. In the second phase, we were asked technical questions regarding Dart and Flutter internals and also questions on List elements manipulation and flattening. The third phase was HR round. The questions asked were nice and easy. All I did was answered everything in confidence. That's all on how I got selected.
