After applying for this role on Naukri, you will revive a mail to contact someone to proceed further or sober similar. Later when you contact them they ask your location and check if that location comes under their hiring zone or not. If you live in their hiring zone limits, they will ask you to send passport size photo, aadhar card and a video call to verify you and your aadhar card. If you have good communication skills then you will be sent further for personal interview and 2 assignments. 1) writing skills assessment where you need to answer few question in the form of MCQ’s to check your grammar. 2) Email writing, you will be given 10 email complaint situations, you need to choose one and reply back to them. I don’t know about the next round as I have completed only these 3 round till now.

Question: What would you do if you had multiple customers waiting and a complex issue to solve for one of them?
Answer: I explained that I would prioritize by quickly acknowledging each customer, letting them know I would be with them shortly. I’d then try to address the complex issue by providing the best initial solution possible, possibly escalating it if it required more time to resolve fully. Balancing the workload while keeping customers informed helps maintain a positive experience for everyone involved.
