First there was online aptitude test and the shortlisted were allowed to attend GD. There was another shortlist after GD, those students are allowed to sit for the interview process, one was technical and the other was HR

They asked resume related questions as well as some technical questions related to project manager role.
3 Rounds, Technical, Manager, HR
One of the best IT Companies in India. HR was very very humble person. Would like to get interviewed again. I love Tech Mahindra as a brand and it was always a dream to work for.
Interview process is smooth and proper setting of expectations were done. Feedback was good too and was provided on a timely manner. The questions asked are both technical and behavioral.

How did I use my skills to improve the processes in my current organization and project.
The interview was moderate and they have asked detailed about all the companies I have worked and related to different SAP MM scenarios in detail as well the the data upload using LTMC, S4 HANA experience with all the difference between GUI and S4HANA.
