interview process was more of a situation based questions, accompanied by usual hr questions like tell me about yourself, who long you will be with us if u r hired etc. Astounding factor in the interview was, they were silent on hr theory questions. so, it is up to your luck and the day as how it goes when you act on a question or what comes in your mind in that exact moment. Also arguments(when you are right) are not welcomed and it gives them a negative impression. In this fast changing times, the answers they expect are bit obsolete. so try to give a old answer(situation based questions).
