You'll do a phone interview first with your recruiter, then you'll do an exam. If you pass the exam, you will be interviewed by the Senior Proposal Manager and the Director of Business Development. If you pass that, your final interview will be with the VP of Business Development. The longest part of the hiring process is the background check.
