The interview process was very efficient. The initial interview was conducted over the phone. Discussed and assessed were knowledge, skills, and abilities. I was then invited for a face to face interview the next week. It was probably the most enjoyable interview I've ever had. It was like being on Jeopardy!, but I didn't have to phrase my answer in the form of a question. The interviewer was very organized and thorough with her questions. The hour-long interview flew by.
