Entrevista
I interviewed first with a recruiter who was pleasant and actively listened. However, the person I interviewed with during the second phase, I am not able to indicate their role due to Glassdoor guidelines, was clearly disinterested and not engaged. He arrived 7 minutes late but didn’t acknowledge it but made sure to rudely rush off the interview with me right at time. He would ask vague questions and then repeat his question however not providing any more clarity as to what it was he was looking for. I didn’t receive correspondence from the recruiting team for another 2 and a half weeks following the interview. Was an overall negative experience and I would not interview with them again or recommend them to my network.

Vague questions regarding technical questions ex: Do you have experience with xyz?
There was no clarity around whether he was interested in hearing about the implementation, maintenance, requirements gather process, etc. Simply asked if I had experience and then would repeat the same vague question when apparently the information he was looking for was missing.
Interview starts with phone screen then got to the HR manager round. Didn't get an offer. Tell me about yourself, how do you fit the role. etc. Someone was selected first time around and then they reached back out for a similar role. Which is rare these days.
It was smooth. But the employer first round interview went directly into product sense. The HR manager didn't mention anything about product sense. The HR manager had only mentioned behavioral questions and resume/experience alignment to the job desc.
