Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Tanium (Raleigh, NC) en ene 2016
Entrevista
Standard tech interview process, recruiter calls, followed by 2 technical phone screens.
The first phone screen I was asked what languages I used. I mentioned mostly Javascript with some Java. The interviewer commented that he would be using Java questions since he didn't really think Javascript was a "real" language (paraphrasing). I thought that was kind of weird since I was interviewing for a full stack javascript position, but whatever, engineers are opinionated. I was asked a series of technical questions that required answering off the top of my head, the questions weren't insanely difficult overall, but most of them centered around Java.
The 2nd phone screen was with a different engineer. This one was more standard, solving a problem through screen sharing. The question was array based. While I eventually solved the problem, I made a series of blunders, but I was still surprised when I was eventually rejected.
Neither interviewees were sent my resumes either, which was also strange.
I've been through many interview processes, but this one was by far the most negative.

Entrevista
I had a recruiter call to discuss background and potential fit, followed by a 30 minute hiring manager interview, then was scheduled for 2 technical interviews that eventually got cancelled because the role was filled. The process was very disorganized from start to finish.

Entrevista
2 behavioral interviews, followed by a couple of technical interviews. Technical interviews were LC style questions. Need to prepare some project anecdotes and reasons why you want to work there for the behaviorals.

Pregunta 1
Asked about previous projects and anecdotes, some LC style questions for technicals.
Generally very nice and friendly staff.
Very bad communication.
Did really well in the interviews and enjoyed interviewing with the engineers, however, got ghosted after the final technical interview, even didn't get any replies after emailing my recruiters.
