I sent my resume to talentspark. Then I got a call from a HR and he told me that they are recruiting online English teachers and it would be night shifts. He took telephonic interview, after that he sent me a link that I have to clear aptitude test in their website. I cleared it also. I was informed that I have to give a demo on any English grammar except Nouns and Pronouns. I have prepared for Adjective, and gave me demo well. And I didn't get any information about that round. After one day I got a call from another HR from their company asking me to give demo, I told her that I already have demo previously. Still she asked me to give the demo. This time i prepared well and presented veey nicely. I waited for 2 days I didn't get any call from themz it's been one week. They didn't acknowledge anything.
